I am NOT an accountability coach, my aim is to get individuals to speak and act full throated, especially when their goals change or energy just is not there.
I am equally a fan and skeptic of assessments, most importantly what conclusion are made. My enthusiasm comes from my integrity of application.
Cliches make me cringe - I go out of my way to bring modern nuance that get to resonate and act.

Leadership coaching and keynote speaking on leaders, teams and hiring are my main services.
Upon request I provide hiring risk consultation, and team workshops.
The focus is always the same: uncover blindspots, act on strengths, and improve results.

All three. Some engagements start with one executive, others with an entire leadership team, and some with company-wide initiatives. The scope depends on your goals.

A 20 min consultation call will clarify fit and expectation - coaching requires pre work and assessment questionnaires, then a combination of in person or zoom engagements.
Speaking engagements require a 20min consult for alignment, then another call for decision makers to ensure your expectations are met for keynote delivery.

Both. Some clients need a one-time team session to align. Others need long-term coaching to shift culture or leadership. We design the engagement around impact, not a preset timeline

Most engagements are virtual for efficiency, but I travel for key workshops or leadership check in sessions where being in the room produces many advantages and insights.
